Return & Exchange Policy
At STRYQ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Please note that sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For exchanges, we accept requests primarily for size-related issues. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on STRYQ’s part, such as a wrong or defective item.
Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
